We collect the following information only when you voluntarily provide it to us:
- Full name — to address your order and delivery
- Phone number (WhatsApp) — to confirm orders, share delivery updates, and send receipts
- Delivery address — to deliver your fruit bowls to the correct location in Mancherial
- Order details — the items, quantities, and special instructions you request
- Subscription preferences — if you sign up for a daily or weekly delivery plan
- Health or dietary preferences (optional) — only if you share them to help us suggest suitable bowls
We do not collect payment card numbers, government IDs, or any sensitive financial data. Cash or UPI payments are settled in person or via a third-party UPI app (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe) whose own privacy policies apply.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide exclusively for the following purposes:

- Managing daily or subscription delivery schedules

- Delivery personnel — your name and address are shared only with the delivery staff member assigned to your order, solely to complete delivery

No other sharing occurs. We do not use advertising networks, analytics platforms that track individuals, or data brokers.
WhatsApp & Communications
We communicate primarily through WhatsApp. By sharing your phone number to place an order, you agree to receive order-related messages on WhatsApp from Thaja Fruit Bowl.
Promotional messages (e.g., new bowls, offers) are sent only to customers who have explicitly opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or messaging us directly.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active customer or as required to resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or maintain order records.
- Order records — kept for up to 3 years for accounting and dispute resolution
- Inactive customers — contact details are deleted or anonymised after 12 months of inactivity, unless you ask us to remove them sooner
- Opt-out requests — marketing records are deleted within 30 days of your opt-out

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to:

Our service is intended for adults placing orders on behalf of their household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without parental consent.
